BELT

HOW TO USE IT

Place your hands on the handles and your feet on the pedals. Do a semi-rotation with your body from side to side with a gentle movement, keeping arms and shoulders steady.

EXECUTION

According to the physical condition, 3 sessions of 2 minutes each, with a 5 seconds rest time between one set and the other, it is recommended.

NOTE

Don’t let go of the handle until the end of the exercise.

HOW TO USE IT

Avoid improper use of the equipment and strictly comply with the instructions below.
Sit on the bench and lean your back against the seatback. Seize the handles with both hands and push them downwards with plenty of strength. Slowly return upwards. Maintain a proper posture, keep your shoulders back and hold your head and chin high, contracting abdominal muscles. Look towards the front and not downwards.

EXECUTION

According to health conditions, it is recommended to carry out 3 sets of 10 reps with a 5 second rest time between one set and the other.

NOTE

It is a strength exercise, which has to be carried out slowly and not violently. Should pain arise, suspend workout.
