THE PUSHER

HOW TO USE IT

Sit on the bench and put both feet onto the pedals next to the circular pole. Push the equipment away with the heels of your feet with a smooth and regular movement. Stretch your legs almost completely. Take a break and bring the seat back to the starting position.
Maintain a proper posture, keep your shoulders back and hold your head and chin high, contracting abdominal muscles. Look towards the front and not downwards.

EXECUTION

According to health conditions, it is recommended to carry out 3 sets of 12 reps with a 5 second break between one set and the other.

NOTE

In case of joint pain, do not overdo.
