Sit on the bench and lean your back against the seatback.
Seize the handles with both hands and push them upwards with plenty of strength.
Slowly return downwards. Maintain a proper posture, keep your shoulders back and hold your head and chin high, contracting abdominal muscles. Look towards the front and not downwards.
According to health conditions, it is recommended to carry out 3 sets of 10 reps with a 5 second rest time between one set and the other.
It is a strength exercise, which has to be carried out slowly and not violently. Should pain arise, suspend workout.
