HOW TO USE IT

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Lift your arms up and seize the knobs, one with each hand. Turn the spinners in different directions; change speed to shake out all arm muscles.
Increase duration of workout in a regular way for an invigorating training.

EXECUTION

According to health conditions, it is recommended to carry out 3 sets of 1 minute per arm
